The 2014 WorldSkills Australia National Refrigeration Competition will be held in conjunction with the Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Building Services (ARBS) Trade Exhibition at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre from May 20-22.

The National Competition will showcase the skills of Australia’s best young refrigeration mechanics. Each of the competitors will not only be battling it out for the coveted gold medal and the prestigious title of ‘Nation’s Best’ but also the chance to become a 2015 Team Australia Skillaroo. The 2015 Skillaroos will be heading to Brazil to represent Australia and their industry at the 43rd WorldSkills International Competition in São Paolo, Brazil in August 2015.

Medallists from the National Competition are also encouraged to apply for one of the many scholarship pathways associated with WorldSkills Australia.
