The Fairwork Ombudsman have provided five tips for employers to boost employee morale and productivity in their offices following the Christmas and New Year holidays.
Although the Christmas and New Year holidays were over a month ago and these tips are aimed at boosting employee morale and productivity to combat post-holiday blues, the five tips are relevant year-round. The five tips focus on personal goals, business goals and supporting employees both professionally and socially.
The five tips are–harnessing New Year’s resolutions, sharing business goals, supporting a work/life balance, committing to career development and socialising with work colleagues.
