Actrol publishes two more editions of The Gauge

Test

In February, RACCA Australia published an article providing details on Actrol’s new industry update publication, The Gauge. Now Actrol have published two more editions of The Gauge on their website.

Edition 2 which was compiled in July, provides details on the Carel EVD Ice which is fitted in Buffalo PS-EVD evaporators and is “the first package in the world designed to fit within the evaporator and therefore inside the cool or freezer room.” The Carel EVD Ice is available exclusively from Actrol and the Reece Group.

Edition 2 also provide details and photos on Actrol’s success at ARBS 2016 and details on the new Conex >B< MaxiPro press system, which will become available over the next few months. The Gauge states that >B< Maxipro was a hit at ARBS 2016 as it  “provides a secure and permanent joint”and can be used with hard, half-hard or annealed copper tube in both air conditioning and refrigeration applications. The advertisements in Edition 2 focused on Castel Refrigeration and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries products, as well as Actrol’s My Account system.

Edition 3, which was compiled this month, provides details on the Wey-TEK HD Wireless Refrigerant Charging Scale which allows users to weigh and charge refrigerant from the “same wireless platform which communicates and displays through a smartphone or tablet” and also contains a “job log” feature to track transferred refrigerants.

Edition 3 also provides an update on HFC refrigerant phase-outs, specifically in regards to the new legislation which will come into effect in January 2018, what it will mean to the industry and what products Actrol can provide during the phase-outs. Actrol provided similar information to this, in relation to R22, in The Gauge‘s first edition. Edition 3 also had an heavy emphasis on the impending summer with its feature on multiple methods and products on leak detection and its advertisements of Smartduct and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries’ air conditioners. Edition 3 also provide more details on Rodigas’ brackets and the >B< Maxipro press system, which was introduced in Edition 2.

Actrol stated that The Gauge will regularly provide the latest news and product information around HVAC-R. All editions of The Gauge can be found here.
