AIRAH will be holding seminars providing an overview of the ventilation standards.
The seminar brochure states that the new overview seminar series will look at “some of the main areas (the) industry has told us that they need more support with and outline some of the new content under development..”
The seminars will focus on AS/NZS 1668.1, AS/NZS 1668.2 and AS/NZS 1668.4 and answer questions relating to: outdoor air, the National Construction Code (NCC), smoke dampers, kitchen hood exhausts, jet fans, stair pressurisation, natural ventilation, and make up air.
The seminars are being held across the country, starting with Tasmania on April 10, then continuing in Victoria on April 11, WA on April 17, SA on April 18, QLD on May 1, the ACT on May 2, and concluding in NSW on May 7.
