The HVAC&R Industry Guide to Workplace Safety 2017/18 by Pro-Visual Publishing is now available.

Pro-Visual Publishing stated on their website that the HVAC&R Industry Guide to Workplace Safety is supported by the Air Conditioning & Mechanical Contractors Assocation (AMCA) and the National Safety Council of Australia Foundation.

Pro-Visual Publishing also stated that this year’s Guide covers key work, health and safety (WHS) issues for air conditioning and mechanical contractors, “providing essential information focusing on safety management systems handling refrigerants and leaks, working at heights and airborne hazards.”

The Guide is also Augmented Reality (AR) enabled, so employers can train and educate employees on safe working practices using the Pro-Vis AR app.

The Guide is updated annually and is designed to be placed on a wall so it is easily visible and available to contractors. It is updated every year to provide important information on workplace safety laws and how to maintain a safe workplace.

As well as AMCA and the National Safety Council of Australia Foundation, the Guide is also supported by Safety Australia, Toshiba Air Conditioning, the Australian Refrigeration Council, BITZER, BOC, Brother, Cool Breeze Rentals, Optibelt, Oventrop, Silenceair, Trane, Viego and Zetco.

Copies of the HVAC&R Industry Guide to Workplace Safety 2017/18 are available to be downloaded for free here.
