Award

Nominations have opened today for the 2016 ARBS (Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Building Services) Industry Awards.

According to the ARBS website, the ARBS Awards “celebrate the best of the best in the HVAC&R and building services industry.” The awards are awarded in four categories–Young Achiever, Product/Service Excellence, Project Excellence and Industry Education/Training.

The awards are endorsed by major HVAC&R associations including: AIRAH (Australian Institute of Refrigeration, Air Conditioning & Heating), AMCA (Air Conditioning & Mechanical Contractors Association), AREMA (Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturers Association), ARWA (Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Wholesalers Association), CIBSE (Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (ANZ)) and of course us, RACCA.

According to a Climate Control News report, the ARBS Hall of Fame, which celebrates industry leaders, is also open for nominations.

The 2016 ARBS Award winners will be announced and honoured at a gala dinner on May 18, during the ARBS 2016 Exhibition.

Nominations for the 2016 ARBS Awards close on February 5. More information about the Awards, including where to nominate, can be found here.
