Registrations are open for AIRAH’s presentation on Perspectives on Data Centres.
The presentation will involve a case study, an owner’s perspective and a supplier update on data centre trends being presented.
The case study on the live infrastructure upgrades to the Queensland University of Technology Data Centre will be presented by Simon Marsden and Brian McDonnell. Simon Marsden is the principal engineer at Mott MacDonald and Brian McDonnell is an associate director at Unai Low.
The data centre owner’s perspective will be presented by Mark Hubner. Mark Hubner is a data centre engineer at Next DC and will provide the data centre owner’s perspective on the design, construction and operational requirements of data centres.
The supplier update on data centre trends will be presented by Scott Campbell. Scott Campbell is the regional data centre solutions engineer at APC by Schneider Electric and will discuss the latest trends in data centre thermal guidelines.
The Perspectives on Data Centres presentation will be held at the Francis Rush Centre in Brisbane on Tuesday April 21. RSVPs are due next Friday April 17.
