Fujitsu General have hired 15 technicians to work under their new service program.
The program, Fujitsu Assist, aims to provide seamless and efficicent after sales experience and service for retailers, dealers, commercial contractors and consumers. This will be achieved by integrating technicians with new processes for workflow, thanks to a cloud-based customer relationship management system, which technicians can use on their mobile devices.
Fujitsu’s program not only provides benefits for retailers, dealers, commercial contractors and consumers, it also provides benefits for its technicians. Through the program, Fuijtsu’s technicians will be able to resolve any issues on site rather than having to do guesswork. This will lead to a reduction of part returns and costs, as well as a reduction in guesswork.
Fujitsu have seen many results from the program, including but not limited to: a reduction in warranty calls, associated cost from warranty calls and improved response and repair times.
