A comprehensive calendar of business and technical training programs are offered including, but not limited to: business management, estimating and contracting, OH&S courses, rescue and resuscitation. Training is provided in conjunction with preferred training providers. RACCA also cooperate with TAFE providing CIV courses.

School Based Apprenticeships & Traineeships in NSW
 

For employers, taking on a school based apprentice or trainee means preparing the future workforce for your business, organisation and/or industry.

For the air conditioning and refrigeration industry, the options include:

-School Based Traineeship--students complete a Certificate II in Electrotechnology-Career Start.

-School Based Apprenticeship--students achieve Stage 1 competencies in Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.

Apprentices or trainees will undertake a combination of industry-specialised training and one day per week in paid employment, whilst undertaking the HSC.

For employers, training costs are minimised and financial incentives make school based apprenticeships and traineeships a viable employment option.
