Precise Air have launched the Chris Noble Apprentice Programme.
The Chris Noble Apprentice Programme was launched last week in memory of their employee, Chris Noble who lost his life in a Rozelle fire last year.
The Precise Air website states that the Programme will “offer benefits and training that will encourage and motivate apprentices to become great tradespeople and ambassadors for the HVAC industry”. The benefits and training on offer include participation in a remuneration award scheme, paid employment, on-the-job training and formal training through TAFE or an RTO.
The Precise Air website also states that apprentices working under the Programme will also be eligible to win the Chris Noble Apprentice of the Year Award, which is given to a Precise Air apprentice who displays the same qualities and skills that Chris Noble brought to the HVAC profession.
According to the Precise Air website, Chris Noble was one of their longest serving technicians. Precise Air currently has 19 apprentices across the country.
