AIRAH’s 2018 Building Physics Forum are calling for abstracts.
AIRAH’s website states that following the tremendous success of the 2017 Building Physics Forum, AIRAH have made this year’s Forum a two-day event that will “continue to investigate and focus on air movement, thermal performance, and the control of moisture across building envelopes.”
The technical organising committee are calling for abstracts on a variety of topics, including but not limited to: basics of the building envelope, thermal bridging, thermally broken facades, thermal resilience case studies, air tightness, mould/humidity/IAQ case studies, human comfort and building health, building and architect challenges, the latest research, and linking design, building fabrics and HVAC systems.
By submitting an abstract, the speakers are also agreeing to submit a PowerPoint presentation before the forum, should their application be successful.
The deadline for abstract submissions is June 15, with the 2018 Building Physics Forum being held in Wollongong on November 22-23.
