AIRAH’s Graduate Training Program is full.
According to its media release the Graduate Training Program, which is kicking off for the first time next month, has managed to reach its full capacity of 20 intakes.
Tony Gleeson, AIRAH’s newly appointed CEO, expressed his pride at the achievement, stating, “This is a great achievement for AIRAH and its dedicated and passionate professional development team…a lot of hard work has gone into the Program, to see it being received so well by the industry is extremely gratifying.”
The media release states that the Program will provide graduate mechanical engineers with comprehensive and practical HVAC&R training in a building services environment.
Both Gleeson and AIRAH Program & Learning Manager, Mel O’Mara, stated their ambitions for the Program. Gleeson stated that he sees it becoming the flagship for graduates to enter the industry and O’Mara stated that she sees it helping companies provide a strong induction experience for their new graduates into the industry.
The media release also states that their is already a waiting list for the Program’s second intake.
