Registrations are now open for the 2014 Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Building Services (ARBS 2014) seminar series.
The series is part of ARBS 2014 which will be held from May 20-22, 2014 at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre.
This year’s keynotes include the Mirvac Group’s sustainability general manager, Paul Edwards, and Victoria’s Minister for Planning, Matthew Guy.
Other highlights from the seminar program include a panel discussion on the adaptability of buildings for climate change, with panellists Professor Sue Roaf of Heriott-Watt University in the UK, Karl Mallon of ClimateWorks, Paul Stoller of Atelier Ten and Dave Collins of Synergetics
A Building Information Modelling (BIM) panel discussing the use of BIM from client, contractor, constructor and asset management perspectives is another seminar highlight.
A “super panel” discussing standards, legislation, new refrigerants and other topical issues in refrigeration is also planned along with sessions on building tuning and control systems as well as Green Star and energy performance in action.
