BITZER have updated their BEST service tool.
According to BITZER’s media release, the BEST software “provides users with a complete overview of the operating status of BITZER compressors and condensing units, showing their configurations and permitting troubleshooting.”
The purpose of the BEST service tool is to make the work of service engineers easier by enabling them to quickly set device parameters, analyse errors, view data logs and update firmware.
The media release also states that the update, version 2.7, now allows a compressor’s current operation as well as historical data logs to be shown graphically, allows units to be converted to the imperial system, as well as includes additional refrigerants, compressors and languages. The help text for the list of alarms has also been optimised for better use.
The BEST service tool is designed for PC use and the update can be downloaded directly from BITZER’s website.
