Business.gov.au have published tips for employers and business owners on how to prepare their business for the Christmas rush.
Business.gov.au have published eight tips revolving around staff, business websites, stock, promotions, deliveries, refund policies and business trading hours.
Their tips include but are not limited to: ensuring there are enough staff for the Christmas rush, keeping website content up-to-date, monitoring stock levels, ensure deliveries arrive on time and that cut off dates are clearly advertised, ensuring that terms and conditions on promotions and refund policies are made clear, and clearly advertising Christmas trading hours.
