Daikin has launched a new website and online forum to help building service engineers build their skills on key industry topics.
Daikin UK’s Future Thinking describes itself as a “programme of information, seminars and CDP content, designed to explore the increasing challenges of designing a suitable built environment.”
The aim of the Future Thinking website is to “inform and provoke discussion around achieving a sustainable and comfortable indoor climate.” It aims to do this by focusing on key industry topics, these topics are: intelligent buildings, heat recovery, renewables, future refrigerants, low carbon design and energy efficiency.
Future Thinking has a wide variety of material including brochures, articles, videos, infographics, case studies, white papers and a list of upcoming CDP-accredited HVAC seminars. Building service engineers can also instigate and contribute to discussions by posting ideas, questions and comments on industry issues.
According to Daikin UK’s marketing manager, Giulia Draycott, Future Thinking was created to provide building services engineers a valuable resource of information on the industry’s most pressing matters in one place.
