Fujitsu General has received the Silver Award in the Employer of Choice 2016 report.

The report is an initiative of Human Resources Director magazine and aims to showcase some of the best Australian companies, as rated by their employees.

The report addresses 10 categories including but not limited to: diversity and inclusion, trust and empowerment, as well as leadership. These three categories are areas where Fujitsu General excelled, according to the report.

Fujitsu General’s National Human Resources Manager, Sarah Gatehouse, commented that the leadership team is highly regarded and that new programs introduced by management encourage inclusion, as well as greater improvement at company and individual levels.

“There has been a clear shift in employee engagement over the last 12 months. The journey continues with a focus on leadership structure, values, cultural surveys and fit, internal promotion of high potential employees, training and development, and employee benefits.

“Recognition by employees through the Employer of Choice report is a credit to the direction the leadership team is taking the company and reinforces the confidence our employees have with their employer.”
