HRP, in conjunction with BOC have launched an information website to provide information to engineers of their obligations when F-Gas regulations come into effect.
The F-Gasman website contains a blog, frequently asked questions (FAQs) on GWPs and refrigerants, as well as information on training and other useful links on leak checks, leak detections and product bans.
The F-Gasman character, which resembles a superhero, will be prominently displayed at trade counters throughout the UK to encourage engineers to register their details. If they register their details at the F-Gasman website, they can claim a free keyfob which has room for their name and registration number.
According to the F-Gasman website, as the impact of the new laws becomes clearer, they will be able to tell you more about how the regulations are to be operated and the F-Gasman character makes it easier for engineers to comply with the law and operate safely.
The F-Gasman website will contain information posted by HRP engineers as well as technical information from BOC and other UK industry bodies.
