R744.com publishes more articles in NEXT series

Last month, RACCA Australia published an article about R744.com kicking off a feature article series on their website, detailing what’s ahead for the refrigeration industry this year.

Since then, R744.com have published two more articles as part of their NEXT series.

Both articles are exclusive interviews and are published in a Q&A format.

The third article of the series focuses on new applications for natural refrigerants based on an interview with Diego Malimpensa, CAREL’s Business Unit Manager for Retail Solutions. In the interview, Malimpensa was asked: how the market for natural refrigerants is developing in Europe, trends affecting the natural refrigerant sector, expected policy changes that will impact the industry, developments in natural refrigerant training, any threats to the development of CAREL’s natural refrigerant business and CAREL’s plans for specific projects and natural refrigerant technology.

Some of Mailmpensa’s answers emphasised continuous innovation and development in the natural refrigerant sector and CAREL’s focus on high efficiency solutions. The third article of the series can be read in full here.

The fourth article of the series focuses on CO2 applications based on an interview with Marc-Andre Lesmerises, President of Carnot Refrigeration. In the interview, Lesmerises was asked similar questions to Malimpensa, including but not limited to: how the market for natural refrigerants is developing in Canada, expected policy changes that will impact the industry, developments in natural refrigerant training, as well as Carnot Refrigeration’s plans for specific projects, possible plans to expand beyond North America and threats to their emerging natural refrigerant business.

Some of Lesmerises’ answers emphasised the advantages of using CO2 refrigerant. The fourth article of the series can be read in full here.
