Realcold opening Super Branch next month

Realcold, leading wholesale supplier in the Australian and New Zealand refrigeration and air conditioning industry, will be opening a Super Branch in Brisbane next month.

The Super Branch will be the first of Realcold’s Australian Super Branches, following the success of Christchurch’s Super Branch opening earlier this year. Tony Broome, Realcold’s CEO stated in a Realcold media release that the Super Branch will consolidate Realcold’s smaller Queensland branches and create an increase of equipment and parts offers for their customers.

Broome also stated in the media release that the Super Branch is a result of an audit of Realcold’s business practices, focusing on where to improve and better cater to the customers.

“The whole industry is changing and we know our customer needs are changing as well. We’ve analysed every aspect of our business to understand where we can improve and how we can serve our customers better.”

The Super Branch will also consist of changes in Realcold’s call centre and sales structure to better cater to their customers. The changes in the sales structure will involve the branch managers being in charge of territories in Brisbane, which will mean that they can reach out and build relationships with customers. Realcold will also be implementing a digital sales solutions next year.

The Super Branch will be located on Boundary Road in Archerfield.
