AIRAH are calling for abstracts for their Refrigeration 2017 Conference.
According to AIRAH’s media release, the Refrigeration 2017 Conference will focus on “the state of the industry, how it should respond to the challenges initiated by COP21 and the global HFC phasedown, and how this will impact upon education, legislators, regulators, end users, engineers, consultants and technicians.”
The Conference committee is calling for abstracts on a variety of subjects, including but not limited to: new technologies, research and trends, case studies (specifically those involving HFC and HCFC replacement), legislation/standards, safety and compliance, energy efficiency and the refrigeration industry, and international market developments (specifically in the US and Europe).
All abstract submissions must include a 100-word author biography and a high resolution author photo. AIRAH have stated that by submitting an abstract, speakers are also agreeing to submit a technical paper and/or PowerPoint presentation before the conference, if their application to present if successful.
The deadline for abstract submissions is November 25. More information on the Refrigeration 2017 Conference, which will be held from March 27 to 28, can be found here.
