Air Change Pty Ltd have acquired Dunnair, according to a report by Climate Control News.
According to the report, Air Change CEO, Shane Carmichael, confirmed the acquisition took place last month and came into effect from April 9.
The report also states that the acquisition will “broaden the Air Change product portfolio and distribution network as Dunnair is well known locally as a leading importer and supplier of air-conditioning brands for the Australian market” while Dunnair, with the additional engineering resources of the Air Change Group will be “better able to support the HVAC industry with its increasingly complex needs.”
Meanwhile Dunnair will trade under the Dunnair banner and will continue to supply their range of air conditioning products to the industry nationally.
This acquisition comes a month after Beijer Ref acquired Heatcraft Australia.
