2015 Industry Conferences

AIRAH have announced their conference program for 2015.

This year’s line-up includes the Solar Heating and Cooling Workshop, Refrigeration 2015, the Future of HVAC 2015 and the first Commissioning Workshop.

The Solar Heating and Cooling Workshop is the first AIRAH conference of the year on April 23 at the University of Wollongong. This year’s workshop follows last year’s successful debut and will focus on industry case studies, applications, policy & industry development and practical components & mechanisms.

Refrigeration 2015 will follow almost two months later on June 3 in Sydney and will host speakers from industry, regulatory and research backgrounds. These speakers will discuss the latest ideas, developments and changes within the industrial refrigeration sector.

The Future of HVAC 2015 Conference will follow another two months later on August 19 and 20 in Melbourne. This year’s Future of HVAC Conference will provide insight into industry issues, practices, technologies, regulation and design approaches.

The date of the first one-day Commissioning Workshop is yet to be announced.

Another relevant, but non-AIRAH conference coming up is the Green Cities 2015 Conference, which this year will explore the theme of connecting sustainable cities, which is being held in Melbourne from March 17 to 19 and will feature a range of speakers from engineers to architects and urban planners.

It is interesting to note that these conferences will touch on themes and issues relating to the 2015 Industry Agenda.

More information on AIRAH’s conferences can be found here and more information on the Green Cities 2015 Conference can be found here.
